Red Oak Face Grain Wood Countertops

Our Red Oak face grain wood countertops highlight the warm, inviting color and distinctive open grain pattern that make Red Oak a timeless American hardwood. With its natural strength and bold grain movement, Red Oak brings depth, texture, and character to any space while maintaining the durability expected from a solid hardwood surface.

Each countertop is handcrafted in our New York workshop and custom-built to your exact dimensions, thickness, and shape. The face grain orientation showcases Red Oak’s expressive grain lines and subtle color variation, resulting in a countertop that feels warm, grounded, and visually engaging. This makes it an excellent choice for kitchens, islands, vanities, bars, commercial counters, and custom work surfaces where a combination of classic style and solid performance is desired.

Whether you're designing a traditional interior, a rustic-modern mix, or a commercial environment that benefits from natural hardwood presence, Red Oak brings long-lasting strength and familiar warmth to your project.

Details, Care & Shipping

Where can I use a solid hardwood countertop?

Our hardwood countertops are designed for kitchens, islands, bathroom vanities, commercial bars, restaurant counters, office workspaces, and custom installations.

How do I clean and maintain the finish?

For cleaning, simply wipe with mild soap and water or a gentle all-purpose cleaner. Avoid extremely harsh or abrasive chemicals to preserve the wood’s natural appearance. If you prefer a wood-safe option, we offer an approved cleaner here: Hardwood Surface Cleaner.

How long does a made-to-order piece take?

Each countertop is handcrafted to order. Standard production time is 3–4 weeks, depending on species, size, and customization. If you have a project deadline or need expedited scheduling, please contact us through our Contact Page for assistance.

How is it shipped and delivered?

We ship countertops nationwide. Smaller tops may ship parcel, while large island tops and long-span countertops ship via freight. Every countertop is securely packaged or crated to protect the piece during transit. Tracking details are provided once the order ships.

What makes these countertops different?

Fully made-to-order and built in New York from real, solid hardwood: • True custom sizing: built to your exact dimensions, to the fraction of an inch. • Premium species: Walnut, White Oak, Maple, Cherry, Mahogany, Knotty Alder, Red Oak, Ash, and more. • Commercial-grade durability: for kitchens, bars, restaurants, offices, and hospitality. • Finish & color options: full range of stains and natural finishes, all 100% VOC-free.
