Woodwork
Custom solid-hardwood countertops, tabletops, and floating shelves — designed online, milled and hand-finished in Farmingdale, New York, and delivered white-glove across the tri-state or crated freight nationwide.
Three surfaces, one standard.
Every piece is solid lumber straight through — never veneer, never MDF — sized to the fraction of an inch with instant pricing in the Builder.
Countertops
Face grain, butcher block, end grain, or live edge — to 6″ thick, with sink cutouts, miter returns, and food-safe finishes built for daily use.
Tabletops
Rounds and rectangles for homes and hospitality at any volume, matched to your base hardware and finished to stand up to service.
Shelving
Thick solid shelves that arrive routed for our hidden Hovr bracket system — a two-step install on any wall type.
From rough lumber to your room.
Six stages on our shop floor, one more on the road. It’s the same timeline you’ll watch live on your order’s tracking page from the moment you order.
Hand-Picked Lumber
Every build starts in the lumber stacks. We pull rough boards one at a time, matching grain, figure, and tone across the full width of your piece — the decisions that decide how it looks for the next thirty years happen here, before a single cut.

Precision Milling
Rough lumber is machined until every face is flat, square, and true — then the single boards are made into one solid panel, grain matched and running the way it should. Your customizations happen here too: sink cutouts CNC-cut to your spec, miter returns, and shelves routed for their hidden floating brackets.

Sanded Smooth
The panel crosses our wide-belt sander, then gets finished by hand through the grits. Edges are eased, profiles cut, every surface brought to the furniture-smooth feel you notice the first time you run a hand across it.

Oil & UV-Cured Finish
A 100% VOC-free hardwax oil goes deep into the grain, then cures instantly under UV light. Food-safe, repairable, and built for daily use — and it can be sanded back and refreshed for decades.

Inspected & Crated
Final inspection under raking light, corners protected, then boxed — or crated on a pallet for the big pieces. Nothing leaves the shop until it would survive being dropped, which it won’t be.

On Its Way
Local pieces ride in our own van, hand-carried and placed. Everything else travels crated LTL freight with free lift-gate delivery — your carrier calls ahead to set a delivery appointment.

The technical sheet.
Everything the shop builds to, in one place. If your project needs something beyond it, ask — custom work is the point.
