Built for Service

Commercial Specs, At a Glance

Standard footprints

Two-tops at 24″ × 24″ or 24″ × 30″, four-tops at 30″ × 30″ or 30″ × 48″, rounds from 30″ to 60″, and communal or banquet runs to any length — every top is milled to your dimensions, so “standard” is just a starting point. Rectangular, square, round, and custom shapes are all CNC-cut.

The service-proof build

We recommend 1.5″ thickness for dining service — the balance of durability, weight, and cost that holds up to years of bussing. Every top is solid hardwood sealed with our commercial-tested, 100% VOC-free hardwax oil: spill-resistant, cleaner-safe, and repairable in place instead of refinished off-site. Walnut, white oak, and red oak are the hospitality workhorses.

Matched runs, one lumber lot

Multi-table orders are milled from the same lumber lot and grain-matched across the run, so table twelve reads like table one. Add steel C-channel on communal spans, and we’ll sequence the delivery around your build-out schedule with direct-to-site freight.

Questions

Restaurant Tabletops FAQ

Do you offer volume or trade pricing for restaurants?
Yes. Our B2B trade program gives hospitality and commercial buyers tiered wholesale pricing applied automatically at checkout, plus a dedicated account manager. Apply for a trade account, or send your floor plan for a project quote.
Are your tabletops durable enough for commercial use?
Yes. Every top is solid hardwood sealed with a commercial-grade, 100% VOC-free hardwax oil that resists spills, stains, and daily cleaning, built for the demands of restaurants, cafés, and bars.
Can you match our existing tables or a specific look?
Often, yes. Send photos, dimensions, or the species and finish you’re matching and we’ll confirm we can replicate the size, edge, and color across a full run, sequenced and grain-matched for consistency.
What shapes and sizes can you make?
Rectangular, square, and round tops in custom sizes, from two-tops to communal and conference lengths. Larger spans can add steel C-channel reinforcement for long-term flatness.
What is the lead time for a restaurant order?
Standard lead time is 10–12 weeks; larger multi-unit runs may need a slightly longer window. Send your timeline with your quote request and we’ll confirm scheduling up front.
How do restaurant tabletops ship?
Nationwide, crated via freight with lift-gate delivery. Smaller pieces may ship parcel; large or bulk orders ship freight, and we can coordinate direct-to-site delivery around your install.
Do you sell commercial wood table tops in bulk?
Yes — bulk and wholesale runs are our specialty. Multi-unit orders are milled from the same lumber lot, grain-matched across the run, and priced with tiered trade discounts through our B2B program. Send your floor plan or table count and we’ll quote the full package, usually within one business day.
Do you supply restaurants in New York City?
Constantly — our shop is 40 minutes from Manhattan in Farmingdale, NY, and we deliver direct to site across NYC, Brooklyn, and Long Island, coordinated around your build-out. Nationwide, the same tops ship crated freight.
What wood is best for restaurant table tops?
Walnut for the premium, warm look; white oak for maximum hardness and a lighter, contemporary read; red oak for the same durability class at a value price. All three take daily commercial cleaning on our VOC-free hardwax finish. Order samples to judge under your own lighting.
Do you take on custom or one-off projects?
Yes. Beyond the online builder, we take on custom sizes, oversized pieces, matched commercial runs, and bespoke solid-hardwood millwork. Tell us what you have in mind and we’ll quote it by hand, usually within one business day. Start a custom project ›
