Shipping
All pieces ship crated via freight carrier with lift-gate delivery included in the continental United States. You will receive tracking and a delivery appointment window once your order leaves the shop.
Standard lead times are 3–4 weeks from order confirmation. Quoted builds carry the lead time stated on your quote. Lead times are estimates of production time and do not include transit.
Refunds
Every Hardtwood piece is custom made to order to your dimensions, species, and finish. For that reason, made-to-order items are not returnable except for manufacturing defects or freight damage.
Inspect your piece at delivery and note any damage with the carrier. Report defects or damage within 5 business days with photos and we will repair, replace, or refund at our discretion.
Terms Of Service
By placing an order you confirm the dimensions, species, edge, and finish in your configuration. Production begins after payment and configurations cannot be changed once milling has started.
Wood is a natural material: grain, color, and figure vary between boards and will differ from photography and stain samples. These variations are characteristics of solid hardwood, not defects.
Privacy
We collect only what we need to build and deliver your order: contact details, delivery address, and order history. Payments are processed by Square; card details never touch our servers.
We do not sell your data. Email addresses on our list receive occasional shop updates and can unsubscribe at any time.
