About this sample
Order a Iroko hardwood sample to preview its true color, grain, and finish before committing to a full build. Iroko reads rich golden-brown with gently interlocked grain — the African hardwood called African teak, dense with natural oils and rated for outdoor life; untreated outdoors it weathers to an even silver-grey patina, oiled it keeps its gold.
Each sample is cut from the same kiln-dried Iroko we mill for countertops, tabletops, and shelving, finished with our standard VOC-free hardwax oil for an accurate look at tone and sheen. Samples ship within days.
