Distance changes nothing about the build: your exact dimensions, hand-picked solid hardwood, a food-safe zero-VOC finish cured before crating. The crate is engineered for the trip — heavy-duty foam, corner protection, reinforced framing — and you get tracking the moment it leaves the shop.

Delivery: Free crated freight with lift-gate delivery to all 48 continental states — the carrier calls ahead and drops the crate at your door with a lift-gate, no loading dock needed. Current production lead time is 3–4 weeks.

Is freight really free anywhere in the continental US?
Yes — crated freight with lift-gate delivery is included in the Builder price for all 48 continental states. The price you see is the delivered price.
How does a countertop survive a cross-country freight trip?
It ships in an engineered crate: heavy-duty foam, corner protection, and reinforced framing, with the finish fully cured before packing. Damage is rare, insured, and remade at our cost if it ever happens.
How long does nationwide delivery take?
After production, freight transit typically runs three to seven business days depending on distance, and the carrier schedules a delivery appointment window with you directly.
Do I need a loading dock or forklift?
No — lift-gate service is included, so the crate comes down to street level at your home or business. Two people can uncrate and carry most tops; large pieces ship in sections when needed.
Do you take on custom or one-off projects?
