A Manhattan piece is measured twice: once for the room, once for the way in. We build walnut islands for Upper West Side classic-sixes, white oak desks for Flatiron offices, and dining tables that arrive in book-matched halves because the service elevator said so.
Managed buildings are routine for us — certificates of insurance, freight-elevator time windows, and doormen who want a name in advance. Send the building requirements with your order and the delivery is planned to them, white-glove to placement.
Delivery: White-glove delivery throughout Manhattan with COI paperwork, freight-elevator scheduling, and seamed or sectioned builds for anything the elevator can’t swallow whole. Current production lead time is 3–4 weeks.

Can you provide a COI for my building?
Yes — certificates of insurance for managed buildings are routine. Send your management company’s requirements when you order and the paperwork is in place before the delivery window.
Will a big top fit in my elevator?
Measure the elevator and the tightest turn, and tell us — we regularly build long tops as book-matched sections with a mitered seam that assembles in place, invisible once set.
Do you supply Manhattan restaurants and offices?
Yes — restaurant table runs, bar tops, conference tables, and reception desks, with trade pricing and direct-to-site delivery scheduled around your GC.
Do you take on custom or one-off projects?
