Walnut Tabletop on Custom Base — Southampton, NY

A solid walnut tabletop built for a Southampton home, designed in collaboration with Gomez Design. We supplied the top — full-thickness American walnut, finished natural in our zero-VOC hardwax oil — milled to pair with a custom-fabricated base by Bestcase, made to measure for this exact top. It's the way our tabletops are meant to be used: we build the wood to your dimensions, and it drops onto any base you love — custom-fabricated, designer, or one of ours. The walnut's grain runs uninterrupted across the full width, and the top can be refinished in place for decades of service.
