English Walnut Media Wall Countertop — Basement Lounge

A single continuous solid walnut countertop, finished in a deep English stain, runs the full width of this basement media wall — spanning white shaker cabinetry beneath a stacked-stone accent wall. The client wanted the look of a floating dark surface tying the storage run together under the TV, with the grain still readable through the stain up close. Face-grain construction keeps the long span calm and furniture-like, and the top was cut to length in one piece so there are no seams across the twelve-foot run. Finished in our zero-VOC hardwax oil over stain for a satin, fingerprint-friendly surface.
