Order Delivery Timeline

Step 1: Timber Selection

After your order is placed, within 1-2 days, your timber will be hand-selected by our artisans. We use only the finest exotic hardwoods, carefully choosing each piece to ensure the highest quality and beauty for your custom creation. Our artisans inspect the timber for grain patterns, color, and overall integrity to meet our exacting standards.

Step 2: Milling and Cutting

Description: Once materials are gathered, we start the process of milling your lumber, cutting it to size, and sanding. Our skilled craftsmen use precision tools and machinery to mill the lumber to the exact dimensions required, all done in-house at our USA facility. Each piece is meticulously cut and shaped to fit the design specifications. After cutting, the lumber undergoes thorough sanding to ensure a smooth and even surface, ready for finishing.

Step 3: Finishing

Description: After your piece is crafted, it's time for the finish to be applied. We use a high-quality, 0 VOC finish that is durable for commercial use and built to last. This finish not only enhances the natural beauty of the wood but also provides a protective layer that withstands daily wear and tear. Our artisans carefully apply the finish, ensuring even coverage and a smooth, professional look. Once the finish has fully cured, your piece is inspected for quality and is then ready for packaging.

Step 4: Quality Check

Description: Before packaging, each piece undergoes a rigorous quality check. Our quality control team inspects the piece for any imperfections or defects, ensuring it meets our high standards. We verify that the dimensions, finish, and overall craftsmanship are perfect. Only after passing this detailed inspection is the piece approved for shipping.

Step 5: Packaging and Shipping

Description: The finished piece is carefully packaged to ensure it arrives in perfect condition. We use high-quality packaging materials to protect your piece during transit. Depending on the size of the order, it will either ship by ground or freight. For smaller orders, we use reliable ground shipping services to deliver your piece safely and efficiently. For larger orders, we arrange for freight shipping. If freight shipment is required, you will receive a phone call to set up a delivery date and time to ensure someone is home to receive the shipment. This ensures that your custom piece is handled with the utmost care from our workshop to your doorstep.
